HAYH Submission Terms & Conditions

Individuals that complete and submit a HAYH Submission Template agree to the following HAYH Submission Terms & Conditions:

• I understand that when I submit information to the HAYH website it may be published on the HAYH website.
• I understand that the HAYH website is a public website and, as such, my submission may be accessible to any visitor to the HAYH website.
• I understand that if my submission is posted on the HAYH website it may also be summarised in the HAYH Weekly E-bulletin that is emailed to HAYH Members and Associate Members.
• I understand that all of the information asked for in the HAYH Submission Template is required information and no line can be left blank. Where the information asked for is not applicable, I will write 'not applicable'.
• I take full responsibility for the content of the submission, including any attached documentation and materials.
• To my knowledge the information contained in my submission, including any attached documentation and materials, is true at the time of submission.
• Where information contained in my submission, including any attached documentation and materials, changes or is no longer valid I will contact HAYH about editing my submission.
• Where applicable I have received the permission of the author, authors or the organisation that owns the copyright to submit this information, documentation and materials to the HAYH website.
• Where I have included contact information for individuals or organisations I have received their permission.
• I understand that HAYH is not responsible for any breach of copyright law.
• The information, documentation and materials I have submitted does not contain any slanderous or malicious content.

• I understand that the HAYH Executive monitors the content of the website and has the power to remove items from the website that are deemed inappropriate.
• I understand that my submission does not necessarily reflect the views or receive the endorsement of HAYH, the HAYH Executive, HAYH Members or Associate Members.
• I understand that by completing and submitting a HAYH Submission Template I have agreed to the above HAYH Submission Terms and Conditions.
