Description and application instructions:
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to develop their analyst skills within our busy and fast-moving HR team. The main responsibilities of the role include controlling and processing payroll data (using Chris 21) and coordinating HR21; our new software allowing remote direct input of payroll data by team managers. Producing quality & timely Management Information is another key aspect of this role; we want to develop our current HR reporting to produce robust information and analysis reports in order to identify areas for improvement and support management processes and decisions by with reliable user-friendly MI. You will also be involved in coordinating and in some cases owning project plans for many key HR initiatives and new ways of working.
